Leave Balances
The balance shown (tagged B+ ERP) comes from the latest posted B+ payroll totals — your available-now figure, not an end-of-year projection. “Used this month” (tagged This app) is calculated by this app from your approved leave requests.
Personal days (up to 5 per year) are deducted from your sick leave balance. After 5 days, additional personal time may result in pay deduction.
